Shipping Policy
1. Order Processing
All orders are processed within 1-2 business days (Monday-Friday, excluding holidays) after payment confirmation. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be shipped on the next working day.
2. Delivery Time to Indonesia

Standard Shipping: 7–14 business days
Delivery delays may happen due to customs inspection, bad weather or logistics congestion beyond our control.

3. Shipping Cost
Free standard shipping for orders over $25; fixed shipping fee $2.99 for orders below $25.
4. Customs Duty & Tax
Import tax, VAT and customs fees shall be borne by buyers in accordance with Indonesia local customs rules. We do not cover any extra customs charges incurred during clearance.
5. Tracking Number
Tracking code will be sent to your registered email once parcel dispatched, you can check delivery status online anytime.
6. Undeliverable Parcel
Please fill in complete & accurate receiving address and valid phone number. If package is returned caused by wrong address, unavailable recipient or customer refusal, return freight is on buyer’s cost.
